No Excuse Fitness & Boxing Gym is built on the belief that anyone can succeed in the ring with the right mindset. Anyone can stand in front of a heavy bag and throw punches. Our aim is to help you get REAL about boxing—to give you the mental, physical, and nutritional tools to achieve your goals inside and outside the ring. Because that’s what makes the sweet science so sweet.
No Excuse Boxing is open for beginner, intermediate, and advanced boxers alike, our boxing classes are designed to teach you boxing while building your mental and physical fitness. Typically, our classes include a warm up, daily technique focus, bag/partner drills, and condition, all with the personal attention of a certified boxing coach.
Amateur & Competitive Boxing
Work with experienced, ring-tested coaches who understand what it takes to prepare for a fight. For boxers ready to take the next step, our amateur and competitive boxing classes include advanced training, progressive diet and nutrition programs, controlled sparring, and training camps for upcoming fights.
Boxing FOR KIDS
Few sports teach kids discipline, mental toughness, and confidence quite like boxing. For 45 minutes, 3x a week, put your kids in a supportive, and challenging environment led by experienced coaches who understand the transformative power boxing can have for young people. Our kids boxing programs are fun, effective, and open to all age groups.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Welcome to HARDIO. Instead of just smashing the bag (don’t worry, we do a lot of that too), we introduce a variety of strength and conditioning approaches to our training programs. This includes jump roping, kettlebells, dumbbells, macebells, steel clubs, TRX bands, body weight work, medicine balls, and running.
FRIDAY NIGHT FIGHT NIGHT
Showtime! A few times a year we invite amateur boxers to tee off on No Excuse Fight Night. Hosted right in our own gym, complete with the crowds, lights, music, and announcers, Fight Night is a truly electric environment. See our upcoming Fight Night bouts.
DIET & NUTRITION
You can’t out train your diet. As part of our Box & Fast program and competitive training camps, our coaches will be happy to work with you on “what’s happening in the kitchen,” whether your goal is to get back into shape, or to get ready for an upcoming fight. We can even build tailored nutritional programs to compliment your boxing progression.
1 ON 1 PERSONAL TRAINING
There’s a reason professional boxers put so much stock into finding the right trainer. One-on-one training can provide a level of personal attention, motivation, and progression that you don’t always get in a group class. We’ll be happy to pair you with one of our highly skilled boxing or strength coaches for personal training sessions.
WHAT ABOUT SPARRING?
Sparring takes place at the end of our amateur competitive boxing class on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Sparring safely and constructively is also something we take seriously. So we only allow amateur boxers, professionals, and members with advanced skills to participate—always under the close supervision of a coach.
Six-Week Box & Fast Method
This six-week program uses a combination of pure boxing (technique and conditioning), strength workouts, and intermittent fasting to maximize results. Think personal training in a supportive group of motivated people, all with a dedicated coach to keep you accountable.
