Fight Team & Sparring Club
The Next Step In Your Boxing Journey
Designed for members looking to take their boxing beyond the basics and classes, Sparring Club & Fight Team develops timing, composure, ring awareness, and competitive skills through supervised sparring, advanced technical training, and live boxing experiences.
Members can challenge themselves through in-house sparring, interclub events, charity matches, club shows, tournaments, and sanctioned amateur competition while continuing to develop alongside a team of dedicated athletes.

Founded by former Canadian Champion Ryan Rannelli, No Excuse Boxing provides authentic boxing instruction for kids, teens, and adults of all experience levels. Whether your goal is to get fit, build confidence, learn self-defense, relieve stress, compete, or simply challenge yourself in a new way, our coaches will help you progress at your own pace.

Going to no excuse boxing has by far been the best experience for me. Ryan, the owner not only teaches you boxing but shapes you into the person you were meant to be. He’s helped me inside and outside of the ring whether it be physical or mental work. Very kind and accepting staff. Michelle at the front desk always greets you with a smile. Going to this gym makes you feel like a family. Everyone is respectful and coaches are always quick to help. Ryan teaches you how to properly box instead of just hitting the bag, if you want to learn how to box, get In shape, get fit and be in the best shape of your life I highly recommend this gym.💪🏻🥊

I’ve been training at this boxing gym for a few years now and it’s been an amazing experience. Ryan is an excellent coach — very knowledgeable, patient, and truly passionate about boxing.
